A Review Of The Monavie Scam
Well, firstly let me get going by saying that not all business opportunities are scams. The maority 97% of people that fail in online business almost always blame the business they were in as a ’scam’ and thereby absolve themselves of any blame for their own failure. It doesn’t matter what company you look at, 97% of those who have attempted to put together a business with that company are failing or have failed. The inevitable cries of ’scam’ by those who have failed have repeatedly been made worse by some less than honest ditributors’ income claims.
Now that the setting to any MLM business has been covered, let’s take a peek at Monavie:
Selling acai berry based fruit juices at $45 per 25-ounce bottle, the Network Marketing business, Monavie is based in Salt Lake City. Sharing the health advantages of the acai berry with the world was what motivated direct sales expert, Dallin Larsen to found the company
Monavie’s claimed unique selling point is based on a further 19 fruits that have been combined with the acai berry for their additional nutritional content. The unique selling point of Monavie Active Formula is the greater levels of antioxidants and vitamins than other competing acai berry and fruit juices on the market. However, these claims haven’t actually been verified by any independent body at the time this is written.
The class of the product is positively not in doubt, and the packaging that resembles a wine bottle, adds to that ‘premium’ quality perception. Given the number of testimonials available, Monavie certainly appears to be a product that its users are very glad with, although it was a pity that the majority appeared to also be a distributor; Did all these distributors have a vested interest in making testimonials? Does this say anything about Monavie’s business opportunity?
The Health & Wellness market is highly competitive with very low barriers to entry for new competitors. Monavie’s ‘premium’ product plan flies in the face of some very stiff competition, with competitive products as little as $4 for 46 ounces compared to $45 for Monavie’s 25 ounce bottle. Unless you really do believe that the unverified claims of Monavie are true, and that you are really getting a premium product that is ten times superior than some alternatives, you are most likely to be using Monavie if you are a distribut

or. You could easily make good justification for this; all the customers want to share Monavie with everyone they know too! I’ll let you decide on that last point…
There is an upside and a downside to this opportunity. If you’ve been around the block a few times in the MLM industry and are convinced of your techniques then you could be very successful with this opportunity.On the other hand, if you’re a complete newbie and have never done this before, then unless you’re very certain and have a proven marketing system you can plug into, this is probably not the first opportunity to go with.
The whole reason you’re doing looking at business opportunities like this is to earn money, so look into the current commission plan completely. How big a network must you build to reasonably make a decent income? Selling the products and building a downline network are critical to success; how do you market this? The quality of the products being offered are not what is going to sell them; this is down to you and your network.
In summary, I would advise that anyone who is looking to make a decent income from MLM network marketing to invest in a proven MLM lead generation marketing system that will help them build their business. You should also be looking for a training program that will educate you in how to market yourself, your products and your opportunity online. Irrespective of the company you decide to join, if you don’t do this, you are pretty much guaranteed to join the 97% who fail.
